Short description of the contract or purchase(s): This framework is intended to be an updated arrangement with multiple suppliers to enable the development of a collaborative approach to the vehicle parts market. The framework will aim to deliver direct supply of vehicle parts, vehicle batteries, vehicle lubricants and sundry items to internally managed stores.
