Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Newport City Homes is procuring a framework of suitably experienced and qualified contractors to support the delivery of maintenance services by the in-house Property Services Team. The work issued is likely to be of low value as the Framework will be utilised either when the in-house Team cannot deliver the required works, or, the volume of work received by the in-house Team exceeds the resources available. The in-house Team are tasked with completing as high a volume of work as possible, with the target for in-house delivery being increased year on year.
NCH will seek proposals (at tender stage) that deliver its social,economic and environmental sustainability objectives.
