United Kingdom-Northampton: Health services – Framework Lead

The current contract for Health services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 08-NOV-18 and may be available for retender. Provision of an Integrated NHS 111 and Out of Hours Service in Northamptonshire.
NHS Nene and Corby Clinical Commissioning Groups are seeking to procure an integrated single service to deliver NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours, to serve the target population and who will play their part in the delivery of a seamless urgent care system. The CCGs encourage the use of sole and lead-provider service models that ensure a high-quality; clinically-led, local service is delivered. The service will be required to have the flexibility to be part of the transformation and strategic developments across the wider urgent care system, for example: Extended GP opening hours, primary care streaming, the development of the Urgent Care Hub at KGH and Urgent Care Centre in Corby. The CCGs are looking for a service which will identify areas for improvement through innovation, to help design a seamless and integrated service to deliver good outcomes to the patients of Northamptonshire.
