Norfolk County Council (Âthe CouncilÂ) wishes to establish a multi-provider Light Touch Regime Framework for the provision of Trainer Assessors and the provision of Qualifications for Fast Lane Training Services (FLTS). FLTS is an income generating unit within Norfolk County Council’s (NCC) Community and Environmental Services department specialising in delivering highways and construction related qualifications.
The requirement is split into 2 Lots:
Lot 1 – Provision of Trainer Assessors to deliver training under the approved centre status of FLTS. Training includes but is not limited to Winter Service Operations (City and Guilds 6159) and National Highways Sector Scheme 12d Temporary Traffic Management (Lantra Awards).
Lot 2 – To supply and deliver training and assessment including any awarding body registration and certification. Training includes but is not limited to Confined Spaces (City and Guilds 6150) and Chainsaws (Lantra / NPTC).
