Norfolk County Council wishes to reopen the procurement for framework agreement of external training providers to deliver quality apprenticeships across a variety of occupational areas throughout Norfolk. We are seeking further provision of current Apprenticeship Standards and Apprenticeship Frameworks as defined the SFA. As new standards are developed, and frameworks close, we would expect Providers to be adaptable and flexible to support this. We will contact providers to identify their capacity and interest in delivering new standards as well as opening this opportunity to the market. The framework agreements are being let by Norfolk County Council as the Contracting Authority, but with the consent of Norfolk County Council, will be available for use by any District Council, any Public Sector body, any educational establishement and NHS bodies operating in the geographical county of Norfolk or in any adjoining counties.
