Nottingham City Homes Limited (NCH) invites you to tender for the provision of Solar PV management and monitoring system on behalf of Nottingham City Council.
The tender has been divided into lots:
– Lot 1 – The monitoring of 1800 existing installed units,
– Lot 2 – The supply and monitoring of approximately 3 000 new units,
– Lot 3 – The supply of approximately 3 000 new units only,
– Lot 4 – The monitoring of approximately 3 000 new units only.
NCH shall award a contract to one contractor per lot. Taking into account the most economically advantageous option and to meet requirements, NCH may only award to two or three lots out of a combination of the different lots listed above e.g. Lot 1 and Lot 2 or Lot 1, Lot 3 and Lot 4.
The contract will run for 5 years with the option to extend up to a further 2 years in 1 year sections subject to NCH requirements and satisfactory performance reviews.
