Oxford Brookes University operates and manages accommodation for students and staff during the semester periods and offers the facility for use by fee paying summer schools out of semester.
This is a specialist deep cleaning activity in a unique environment and requires exceptional cleaning and management experience in the HE (higher education)/University sector. Participants must be able to demonstrate their ability in an environment similar to Oxford Brookes and provide case studies that demonstrate operational success, cost reduction and innovative service delivery.
A bidder event and site visit will take place on 22.2.2017.
