United Kingdom-Oxford: Quantity Surveying Services – Framework Lead
The current contract for Quantity Surveying Services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 15-SEP-22 and may be available for retender. Oxford City Council intends to let a Framework Contract for the supply of Quantity Surveying Services.
It is anticipated that the following range of services may be required:
– costing Schedules of Dilapidations,
– budgetary costing of refurbishment schemes on sketch schemes,
– budgetary costing of new build schemes (residential and commercial) on sketch schemes,
– detailed costings for new build and refurbishment schemes, from detailed drawings and specifications,
– checking and analysing costs submitted by contractors and advising if value for money has been achieved,
– value engineering of schemes, post tender.
