Perth and Kinross Council are seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors under a multi-lot Framework Agreement to carry out works of a responsive repair nature to all domestic properties owned or occupied by Perth and Kinross Council within the Contract area. The Lots in the Framework Agreement will be as follows:
Lot 1 – Plumbing Works;
Lot 2 – Electrical Works;
Lot 3 – Joinery Works;
Lot 4 – Masonry and Wet Trades;
Lot 5 – Painter and Decorator Works;
Lot 6 – Glazing Work;
Lot 7 – Drainage Works;
Lot 8 – Domestic Gas Servicing and Maintenance;
Lot 9 – Solid Fuel Servicing and Maintenance;
Lot 10 – Commercial Gas Servicing and Maintenance;
Lot 11 – Heat Pumps and Renewable Technology;
Lot 12 – Electric Wet Systems – Maintenance Works;
Lot 13 – Blacksmith Works;
Lot 14 – Fencing Work.
