The Southern Universities Construction Consultancy Affinity Group wishes to re-procure its Framework Agreement for Consultancy Services to support new build, refurbishment and improvement works for its members. The affinity group consists of the following Universities: Bournemouth, Chichester, Southampton Solent and Winchester. The affinity group has no formal legal status. Contracts will be awarded by individual universities. Expressions of interest are invited from consultants who are able to provide one or more of the following professional services and are members of an appropriate recognised professional body; Architect, Building Services Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Building Surveyor, Structural and Civil Engineer, Clerk of Works, Health and Safety Advisor. Additional services to the above may also be required. Individual projects will range in value up to a maximum construction value of 5 000 GBP. There is no guaranteed level of expenditure on this framework agreement.
