The current contract for Financial consultancy services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 14-APR-19 and may be available for retender. LCFT invite suppliers who would be interested in working with us to provide a transactional VAT focussed advisory service.
LCFT invite suppliers who would be interested in working with us to provide a transactional VAT focussed advisory service providing, but not limited to, the following:
– Contracted Out Services (COS) review of revenue transactions;
– Contracted Out Services (COS) review of capital transactions;
– Business Activity (BA) review of revenue transactions;
– Partial exemption calculations;
– Review of Accounts Receivable transactions.
– Advisory services, including:
– Updates on changes to VAT regime, by – Email – Forums – Webinars – Training sessions etc.
– Access point for VAT enquiries;
– Support in managing HMRC inspections/investigations It is anticipated that the majority of the services required will be on behalf of the trust, however, the trust also has a registered charity that may generate a small number of VAT focussed enquiries.
The trust is also required to comply with Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) legislation.
