Packages may be funded and commissioned by Lancashire County Council,Blackburn with Darwen Council, Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group, Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group and Lancashire County Council (as lead commissioner for Lancashire CCGs).
All financial values within this notice should be treated as indicative. The Lots values are per annum.
Evaluation criteria: Quality: 60 % of which 10 % is assigned to social value, Price weighting: 40 %.
