The total value of the Framework Agreement will be up to 36 000 000 GBP. Packages may be funded and commissioned by Lancashire County Council,Blackburn with Darwen Council, Blackburn with Darwen Clinical Commissioning Group, Blackpool Clinical Commissioning Group and Lancashire County Council (as lead commissioner for Lancashire CCGs).

Evaluation criteria: Quality: 60 % of which 10 % is assigned to social value, Price weighting: 40 %.
