Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Storage and warehousing services. Cargo handling and storage services. The V&A wishes to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with experienced suppliers who can carry out the safe and secure handling, packing and transportation of fine art, objects, entire exhibitions and exhibition fixtures and fittings to/from private and institutional bodies with associated couriers to one or more locations within the UK, EU and worldwide. Suppliers are required to have previous experience in this specialist field and will also be expected to provide high security, environmentally controlled storage, warehousing and transportation facilities and the ability to provide specialist fine art handling assistance if required.
