Short description of the contract or purchase(s): Internal and External Decoration Framework.
The University of Sunderland is looking to set up a framework of 6 decorating contractors (3 per lot) to carry out internal and external decoration to University buildings.
The works could cover from repainting single walls/rooms, up to a full redecoration of a residential block.
This will be split into 2 lots:
Lot 1 – Internal Decoration,
Lot 2 – External Decoration.
Suppliers can apply for 1 lot or both lots.
The framework will run for 3 years with an option to extend for a further year in monthly increments.
The tender will involve internal and external decoration of the following types of buildings:
– Public Exhibition Space,
– Teaching Buildings,
– Office Accommodation,
– Residential,
– Maintenance areas,
– Social and leisure spaces.
