The current contract for Health and social work services – Framework Lead is projected to end on 03-MAR-20 and may be available for retender. Framework for the Provision of Care and Support at Home for Adults.
Sunderland City Council are looking to put in place a framework for the provision of ‘Care and Support at Home for Adults’ for a maximum period of 4 years. The framework will be divided into 3 lots:
1. Lot 1: Care and Support at Home for Adults,
2. Lot 2: Care and Support at Home for Adults with Complex Needs,
3. Lot 3: Care and Support at Home for Adults – Support Service Lot.
