The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames (the “Council”) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the provision of services for the Planning Department to provide advice and assessment on affordable housing contributions and viability on small sites in the London Borough of Richmond Upon Thames in accordance with the Invitation to Tender Documents.
The contract will be for a period of five (5) years, intending to commence on 1 May 2018 and is subject to an extension or extensions of up to an aggregate of two (2) further years at the absolute discretion of the Council.
