The current contract for Construction work – Framework Lead is projected to end on 03-JUL-21 and may be available for retender. Schools and Community Buildings – Wales.

Various New build and refurbishment projects for local authorities, education authorities, further education authorities, police and fire authorities, health authorities and other public bodies.
Four value bands covering various geographical lots across the England and Wales.
It is proposed that Tenders will be able to apply for up to 2 value bands.
The value bands are:
Value Band 1: Project values up to 2 000 000 GBP.
Is split into either New Build or Refurbishment projects
The following value bands are for New Build and Refurbishment works
Value Band 2: Project values 2 000 000 GBP and 4 000 000 GBP New build and refurbishment.
Value Band 3: Projects values Between 4 000 000 GBP to 10 000 000 GBP New build and refurbishment.
Value Band 4: Project values over 10 000 000 GBP.
A maximum of 4 Company’s will be awarded to each lot.
