Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The provision of works for kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects for public sector organisations in eight (8) regional Lots throughout England.
The arrangement will be awarded under 2 work-streams (WS1 or WS2). Micro/SME’s will be encouraged to tender for the lower value banded Work-stream 1 (Project value: GBP 3 000-250 000), in 1 or 2 adjoining geographic area Lots. Larger organisations will be encouraged to tender for the higher value banded Work-stream 2 (Project values: Tier 1 GBP 250 001-750 000, Tier 2 GBP 500 000+) in 1 or more geographic area Lots throughout England.
The invitation to the restricted procedure is advertised in OJEU in four contract notices with the following intended regional splits:
