Short description of the contract or purchase(s):: To act as a partner for UUW to identify renewable energy projects e.g. wind / solar, perform feasibility study, obtain planning consents, secure rental of land on a UUW site, deliver all ground works, supply, deliver, install, operate, maintain, and de commission renewable energy infrastructure for the generation of electricity, linked by private wire to UUW assets. All renewable generated electricity to be consumed by UUW. All the above will result in an electricity supply contract, per site, with a fixed priceper KWh to be paid by UUW, whereby the successful supplier will generate a return on investment over a minimum period of 10 years.
