Your Housing Group wishes to establish a Legal Services Panel to provide legal advice and support to the business across 5 lots. These
lots are Development and Specialist Property Transactions (Lot 1), Sales and Routine Property Transactions (Lot 2), Corporate and Finance
(Lot 3), Employment (Lot 4) and Housing Management (Lot 5). The panel will be established for 2 years with 2 optional extension
periods of 12 months each. Expenditure across the panel will vary according to business activity. As a guide expenditure across all lots was
approximately GBP 1m in 2014-15 and GBP 1.5m in 2015-16.
