Short description of the contract or purchase(s): This procurement is to establish a Framework Agreement to replace the current contractual agreements currently in place for Care Home Placements for the Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s) of Worcestershire – Redditch and Bromsgrove, Wyre Forest and South Worcestershire. This is for all patient categories that are funded by the CCG’s. This is not limited to placements made to Care Homes in Worcestershire but expands to all areas that they make placements. Any setting other than the domestic home or an acute hospital is currently in scope as long as it is funded in some way by the CCG’s.
NHS Arden CS reserve the right to utilise this framework agreement for other customers where similar placements are required.
