The Council is establishing a new Framework for Construction Works in relation to Wigan and Leigh Housing’s stock. The construction work will consist of new build works and refurbishment works however the Council reserves the right to use the framework for other more general requirements when necessary. The tender is open to all suitable organisations and the resultant framework will run from April 2017 for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of a 2 year extension.
