Pursuant to regulations 74-77 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015, this tender for Older Persons Day Activities Services has been established under the Light Touch Regime and will take into account the specific needs of different categories of users, including disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in any awards (by way of mini-competition and or direct awards).
