The current contract for Repair and maintenance services of boilers – Framework Lead is projected to end on 23-DEC-20 and may be available for retender. Advantage SW and Magna Housing Group Gas/Oil/Solid Fuel Servicing, repair and maintenance.

Framework for servicing, repair, replacement and upgrade of heating systems. Members retain the right to utilise all/part of these when mini-tendering. Direct award to 1st placed company for Lots 1 and 2; mini-competition award during the framework duration for Lot 3.
Main elements of the scope of service include:
Annual inspection, servicing and certification of landlord owned gas, LPG and oil heating equipment and appliances;
Repair to landlord owned gas, LPG and oil heating equipment and appliances;
Annual inspection, service and certification of landlord owned solid fuel heating equipment including chimneys;
Repair to landlord owned solid fuel heating equipment;
Test of carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in properties visited for the above;
Administer appointments;
Attend out-of-hours to repair when required;
Provision of statutory certification;
Supply of parts and consumables;
Other activities necessary for the delivery of the service;
