Upperthong homes scheme moves forward
Conroy Brook is set to begin work on the second part of a residential scheme in the West Yorkshire village of Upperthong after completing the £2m first phase.The first phase, which comprises 15 rent-to-buy homes, are for social housing developer QSH and have been created in partnership with Kirklees Council and Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing.Work is now set to begin on the second phase of the site and Conroy Brook will build 12 four-bedroom detached homes available for private sale.
