Viridian completes new homes in Birmingham
A development of 44 “affordable” homes in Birmingham has been completed by housing association Viridian.Construction began on the £4.7 million pound development in Longfellow Road, King’s Norton, in March 2015 and residents were able to move in as early as April this year, the organisation said.The homes, a mixture of 21 flats and 23 houses, range from one- to three-bedrooms, and rent starts at £79 per week. All were occupied within the space of just three months.
