Vote set for affordable homes plans
A vote is set to be held next week on plans to build 33 affordable homes on the site of a Ministry of Defence storage facility in Worcestershire.The QinetiQ site in St Andrews Road, Malvern, has been set aside for the proposed scheme by Piper Group and Square Bay.The facility has been vacant for a number of years and was used by the MoD before being transferred to QinetiQ’s ownership.Malvern District Council’s planning committee is set to meet virtually on Wednesday 23 December to vote on the application.Officers have recommended that the proposals be voted through.
