Vote set on Gun Quarter flats plans

A total of 26 apartments could be constructed in Birmingham’s Gun Quarter if the proposals are approved next week.Land in Princip Street has been earmarked for the scheme which would see a three to four-storey building constructed.The plans, which also include a ground floor commercial unit, where originally submitted for 29 flats and a five-storey wing to the rear.Birmingham City Council’s planning committee will make a final decision at a meeting on Thursday 15 August after offices recommended it for approval.
