Waterside development site brought to market
A waterside site in Bideford with planning permission for new homes, commercial space, a marina and car parking, has been brought to market.East-the-Water Wharves is located on the east side of the River Torridge on Barnstaple Street and currently comprises a car park and a number of temporary and historic buildings.The 2.14 acre site already has planning permission for 52 homes and 8,213 sq ft of shops and restaurants. It is allocated as a strategic regeneration priority.Torridge District Council has appointed JLL to market the site to developers who can move forward with the plans.
