Wiltshire homes set for approval
Plans for a 187-strong residential development in Wiltshire look set to get the nod next week.Barratt Homes is behind the Trowbridge scheme, which concerns a site on Elizabeth Way allocated in the Wiltshire Housing Sites Allocation Plan.Lined up are eight one-beds, 66 two-beds, 75 three-beds and 38 four-beds.A number of jobs would also be created during the construction phase.Approval has been recommended, with Wiltshire Council’s planning committee meeting taking place on 3 November.
