Wiltshire housing scheme secures green light
Plans for a 187-strong residential development in Wiltshire have been backed.Barratt Homes is behind the Trowbridge scheme, which concerns a site on Elizabeth Way allocated in the Wiltshire Housing Sites Allocation Plan.Lined up are eight one-beds, 66 two-beds, 75 three-beds and 38 four-beds.Approval had been recommended, with Wiltshire Council’s planning committee now grant the green light.A number of jobs will be created during the construction phase.
