Wirral builder appointed to Blackburn scheme
A Wirral-based builder and project manager has secured a contract to provide specialist labour to complete a housing scheme in Blackburn.A total of 73 modular properties are being built by developer Places for People.Larnook’s £320,000 deal will see a team of 15 providing specialist finishing to the facades of the pre-fabricated homes at both the factory and on-site. It will facilitate new methods of installation while reducing programme time.The contract is the latest in a series won by the company, which is currently completing a scheme on Hope Street in Liverpool and a container-based retail park on Lodge Lane.
