Work begins on 76 affordable homes in Kirkcaldy
Kingdom Housing Association has revealed work is underway at a £10 million development to build 76 new affordable homes at Kingdom Park in Kirkcaldy.The social rent properties at the site will be owned and managed by Kingdom Housing Association, with the the mid-market rent properties looked after by Kingdom Initiatives.The homes are the affordable housing element of the larger private development being taken forward by housebuilder Persimmon.The project, which has benefited from £5.4m of funding from the Scottish Government, will comprise a mix of larger family homes, apartments and cottage flats and is due to complete in February 2023.
