Work completes on new West Yorkshire warehouse
Work has completed on a new speculatively-built warehouse by Junction 31 of the M62 in Featherstone.Phoenix 66 is a 66,812 sq ft distribution unit with an additional second floor office area spanning 3,104 sq ft. It has been developed by West Yorkshire-based property company and logistics specialist Onward Holdings.The completion of the unit follows on from Onward’s refurbishment and letting of the 108,500 sq ft Normanton 108 unit to Leman Transport and recent acquisition of the 68,500 sq ft Atlas Park building, both located within the Normanton Industrial Estate, near Wakefield.
