Work nearing completion on eco distillery
Work is nearing completion on a new eco distillery and visitor attraction in North Yorkshire.When in full production, Ellers Farm Distillery will initially be able to produce 1.2 million bottles per annum, with room for expansion. Housing two stills, it will be capable of producing a range of products: vodka, gin, whisky, and liqueurs.Located near the village of Stamford Bridge, the facility represents a multimillion-pound investment.To support Ellers Farm’s sustainability and environmental goals, Tabatha Hurst joined the team as head of sustainability. Leading liquid production will be Jamie Baggot, working with sales director Steve Hickey, head of marketing Gee Lilwall, head of finance Steve Burnett and sustainability analyst Rosalin Brolly.
