Work progresses on build of 146 homes in Clydebank
The build of 146 affordable homes in Clydebank is progressing well, developer Cube Housing Association has said.The £27 million development, which is being built by CCG, will comprise of a mix of one, two and three bed flats at the £250 million Queens Quay development at the site of the former John Brown’s shipbuilding yard.Cube, which is part of the Wheatley Group, is working in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council and Clydebank Housing Association on the delivery. Once complete, 80 of the homes will be owned and let by Cube, 29 by the council and 37 by Clydebank Housing Association.
