Work starts on £6.5m housing scheme
Work has started on a £6.5m housing scheme in a Chorley village set to provide new shared ownership and affordable homes.Residential developer Mulbury has started work on the 51 new homes in Euxton on behalf of registered housing provider One Vision Housing.The approximately 4.9-acre application site is located between the A49 Wigan Road, Dunrobin Drive and the River Yarrow.The development of two, three and four-bedroom homes and one-bedroom apartments will be known as Daisy Bank Meadows.The 41 houses all benefit from garages or private driveways, while the 10 apartments all have spaces in a designated parking area.
