Work starts on Anfield modular scheme
Work has started on a modular housing development in Anfield.The scheme is Your Housing Group’s first such project and signals the start of using modern methods of construction to help meet the growing demand for affordable homes.The Warrington-based company is building the homes on Rockfield Road, close to Liverpool FC’s famous ground.Rockfield Mews will comprise seven two-bedroom homes for affordable rent. Designed in conjunction with Ilke Homes, Engie has been appointed to construct the development. The development is being partly funded by Homes England.
