Work starts on Crawley scheme after Pets Corner deal
Work is underway at an industrial warehouse development in Crawley following the pre-sale of one of the planned units to Pets Corner.Acting on behalf of Tungsten Properties, commercial property consultancy Vail Williams and joint agent SHW were appointed to market the 83, 965 sq ft scheme known as Tungsten Park.Pets Corner has agreed to take 43,000 sq ft, with completion schedule for the third quarter of 2019.
