Work starts on Essex distribution scheme
Goodman has started work on a 340,000 sq ft distribution space on the M25.The scheme at Purfleet Commercial Park in Essex is 16 miles from central London. It is known as Purfleet 338.It is expected to be available for occupation from April 2022 and tenants will join the likes of Tesco, Unilever, DHL, Ocado and Amazon in the distribution hotspot.
