Work starts on landmark developments second phase
Work has started on the second phase of a landmark housing development in Corby.Lovell Partnerships is developing 45 homes over the next 13 months on behalf of Riverside Housing as part of the Priors Hall Park project.In total, the Priors Hall Park community will offer about 5,300 properties built alongside 25.5 acres for recreation, as well as more than 15 acres of employment space, plus four schools and three retail areas.Lovell Partnerships will be responsible for the urban extensions first affordable housing provision, having committed to providing 26 homes under the shared ownership scheme on phase one through Riverside Housing.
