Work starts on Marstons new headquarters
Work has started on the new headquarters of brewing and pub giant Marston’s.The redevelopment of St John’s House, Wolverhampton includes a complete refit of the derelict 1970s building into office space for more than 250 employees.Carter Lauren won the competitive tender in December and has now started work with plans to repurpose the majority of the existing office layout but to include a new stairwell, providing full access to all floors from a reception area.Other areas of the office and building will include multiple meeting rooms and break out areas, a wellbeing room, a courtyard garden, a training facility floor, EV charge points, a bike shed and shower facilities.
