Work starts on Pelton Fell development
Construction work has started on the Chester Grange development in Pelton Fell, Durham.The Taylor Wimpey scheme will provide a range two to four-bedroom homes, with work on 165 homes underway, along with new community infrastructure and open spaces.Taylor Wimpey will also be contributing £168,000 towards upgrading play/recreational/sporting facilities, as well as £142,000 towards the formation of a dedicated cycle route from Pelton Fell to the coast and improved pedestrian links through Congburn Dene to Waldridge Lane.
