Work starts on speculative distribution warehouse
Work is underway at Focus 72, a speculative distribution warehouse at Hellaby Industrial Estate in Rotherham.Constructed by Hobson & Porter, the facility will comprise 72,685 sq ft of warehousing space with integral ancillary office facilities.Work is expected to complete by June 2023.Savills and Heaney Micklethwaite have been instructed jointly to market the unit on behalf of Vinter Estates.Tom Asher, director in the industrial team at Savills Leeds, said: “This high-spec warehouse unit will be a welcome addition to the industrial estate and will certainly be attractive to occupiers given the ongoing lack of supply.”
