Work starts on speculative Gloucester scheme
Work has started on the development of a new speculative industrial development in Gloucester that will create more than 40,000 sq ft of space.Rockhaven Developments’ scheme at Triangle Park on Metz Way will provide 22 units totalling 43,625 sq ft.The scheme will be built in five blocks with units ranging from 1,875 to 3,125 sq ft, available to let or for sale on a long leasehold basis. Property consultancy Alder King is the sole agent.Triangle Park currently includes a Morrisons supermarket and petrol station, a Costa Coffee drive-thru and associated restaurant units and a Mercedes Benz commercial vehicle dealership.Rockhaven has recently completed phase one of Rockhaven at Cabot Park in Avonmouth comprising three units totalling 36,000 sq ft. Planning permission for the second phase of the scheme comprising buildings from 20,000 to 60,000 sq ft has also been granted.
