Work to start at major commerical site
Construction is set to start on a major logistics and warehouse project at the 40-acre Leicester Commercial Park after full planning consent was granted.Goodman is to develop more than 430,000 sq ft of commercial space in partnership with Wilson Bowden on land adjacent to the M1/M69.Work is expected to start in the coming weeks on the construction of two new units of 95,500 and 335,000 sq ft respectively.Both buildings will be available for occupation by May next year.Agents marketing the scheme are Burbage Realty, Avison Young and Mather Jamie.
