Work to start on major housing scheme
Construction on 375 homes in Warwick is to start this month.Waterloo Housing, part of the Platform Housing Group, has partnered with Warwick District Council and regeneration specialist Galliford Try Partnerships on the project in Europa Way.Under the agreement, Galliford Try Partnerships will build 150 one, two, three and four-bed homes for Waterloo Housing.This latest development will bring Waterloo Housing’s total investment in the district to just under £10m which has provided 537 new homes in the area.
