Work to start on speculative industrial development
Work is set to start this month on a speculative development of industrial units designed for SMEs at the Magna 34 Business Park in South Yorkshire.A standalone 35,000 sq ft warehouse will be constructed alongside a further 40,000 sq ft, which will be divided into 13 smaller units ranging from 2,000 to 4,500 sq ft.NSM, which manages the development on behalf of InfraRed Capital Partners, will oversee the nine-month build programme, and provide agency services to market the site to prospective tenants.Magna 34 is already home to occupiers including Parcelforce, UK Mail and Element Materials Technology Sheffield Ltd.
