Wyatt Homes eyes 1,000 properties
Poole-headquartered Wyatt Homes is set to accelerate the building of more than 1,000 properties across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset after securing a multimillion-pound finance package from HSBC UK and Homes England’s Levelling Up Home Building Fund.The pair will work in partnership to provide funding that will enable the company to rapidly expand across multiple sites.Of the 1,000 homes being built, approximately 30 per cent will be affordable, with the aim of addressing the lack of affordable properties across Dorset, Hampshire and Somerset.
