Zipline approved at North Yorkshire Water Park
North Yorkshire Water Park has secured planning permission for the installation of a twin zipline across one of its lakes.A 13-metre-high tower and 250m long ziplines will be built over the second largest lake at the park, a short distance from the southern peninsular where most of the watersports take place.There will also be two climbing walls adorning the tower, set to be clad in Dawnay Estates timber, in line with the rest of the new hub buildings.The zipline will be built by Technical Outdoor Solutions and is set to be in operation by early 2022.North Yorkshire Water Park is located on the Dawnay Estates at Wykeham near Scarborough.
